I used third party finance and they liaised directly with the broker taking all the heavy lifting away from me. I recently acquired an AM Vanquish from James at Collective Cars and right from the beginning when i viewed the car i was struck by the genuine professionalism and customer service. I was never pressured and always felt i was heard despit my two hour inspection of the car! James was helpful in subsequently allowing my independent inspection to be caried out after which we agreed terms and timescales. As i wasn't able to collect the car immediately, He allowed the car to remain on site for a few more weeks. Best car buying experience in 40 years :) Thank you James

Traveled 200m to pick up a BMW 650i V8 from collective cars in Epping. The reason I decided to travel this far was because the car looked awesome on Autotrader but also because speaking to James on the phone I found he was straight forward and very easy to talk too. When I arrived at collective cars James was just the same and everything was done simply with no rush and nothing was too much. From start to finish, James was knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I genuinely feel he went out of his way to make sure I was happy. I had quite a few miles drive from West Yorkshire to buy a very low mileage 325i. When I arrived we had a brief chat before James handed me the keys so I could take the car on a test drive while he went about his business, absolutely no pressure to make a decision. Upon my return he left me alone with the car while I tested to make sure everything was working how it should. The car was spot on and my experience there was five-star. 100% recommended.

From our initial contact with James until the purchase of our BMW X5, it has been the easiest and most pleasurable car purchasing experience. We live hours away and James answered all of our questions and even allowed us to view the vehicle virtually. We've never made a purchase without seeing a car or test driving it beforehand, but James made it so easy and kept us well informed. He was also very accommodating. He even went above and beyond to make sure that my wife and I received the vehicle by having it delivered to us. The best customer service ever! The car is just as seen in the images that he posted, it looks beautiful and clean. We had a road trip planned for just an hour after the car arrived, and the car's performance on the highway was powerful and excellent. We agreed a deal and I paid a deposit to reserve the car which taken off line the same day. There was a never a hard sell and when I had second thoughts on purchasing the warranty there wasn't a problem and he assures me that I can call on him if ever needed. I love the little car (fiat 500) which I've purchased for my mum and I can't wait to give it to her for Christmas, it's in pristine condition and drives really well just at described.
